documented quality program, quality manual, with
quality procedures and instructions as a means of
ensuring compliance with project requirements. |

GRC ensures
that their quality policy is understood, implemented and
maintained at all levels of the organization. As well as
ensuring that the subcontractors and suppliers follow
the prescribed quality policy. GRC has established a
training program for all personnel associated with
production, procurement, engineering, installation and
testing. |
